Loyal is defined as “a strong feeling of support or allegiance.”

Are you loyal? Honestly, I’m having trouble reasoning with myself. As a manager, it’s tough to tell what is supportive and what is demoralizing.

Your intentions are to better the organization; however, it doesn’t always feel like all of the members see it the same. When errors are pointed out to colleagues often a heavy breath is returned. As if you are deliberately trying to find an oversight.

Why does it feel shameful when it should feel fulfilling?
